Veteran
Hey guys, just wanted to say, "We fucking rock and keep up the good work!" Seriously though, I think i have played with every member in this clan and i can't say i am disappointed. I have tried many different clans and this one fits me the most, even more so then my own family started clans (lol).
Anyways, to the initial reason for posting this today. I notice more and more of our clan members are reaching or are about to reach level 60. Congrats and Congratulations by the way. However, as each of us finally hit the max level, we are left to make a decision on whether or not we should Veteran and possibly switch to a different PMC.
Now, Valor is a great PMC, only one i have ever played on. However, i spent 60$ to play a whole game, not 1/3 of it. What stops me you ask? This clan, the people i have met, and the friendships i have made. I am more loyal to this clan then i ever will be to any PMC (mainly because Zipper screwed that up).
So... with my long winded essay coming to an end, i want to know if any of you are willing or interested in switching to a different PMC when you get to Valor...? Do we all want to wait until all (majority) of us get to 60 then do it?
I personally would like to switch... but i want to do so as a clan. So if the clan doesn't do it... i don't think i will either... unless phantomufcfan starts scoring more then i do in a match... then i know hell has frozen over. ROFL
I completly agree with you Matrix. I have loved every second playing with you guys. I hate playing games without my clanmates, there is no communication and nobody takes direction. Playing with you guys and gal (heavenly lol) has made me such a better player. As regards to veteran I am at a level 42 right now and I will only switch PMC's if every single person in our clan veterans and comes with us to another PMC. If not I am staying right here with D.I.Y.E. and Valor and continuing to kick ass. I dont care if we switch or not but like you said Matrix I want to do whatever but do so AS A CLAN!!!
I would only want to switch as a clan. I will be honest however, I don't know how everyone else feels but I have gained an attachment to our PMC and have noticed that the little fucktards have been weeded out and we have a solid PMC(this is just my opinion though, and It shouldn't sway anyones decision). I recently found out Matrix that you can veteran up and stick with your original PMC and still be in the clan. If you switch though, then all the previous clan stuff disappears. This is really left up to everyone in the clan. If it isn't unanimous, then its a no go. I will leave my say out of it unless I have to absolutely step in (e.g. tiebreak). Otherwise it is whatever the clan wants to do at that point. Leave some feedback guys.
Also, hell might just freeze over lmao, haha.
I may not be a level 60, but I still have fun playing with our clan. It' also kind of funny listening to some of the conversations. Although am I fucktard? xD
One problem though I can't really tell who's a Medic cuz of all the Medic kits running around!

Anyway, I want to stay Valor. I played Raven in the beta... meh. I wasn't terribly impressed with them, and I heard now they're even worse. SVER -- don't get me started -- they're just pansies. I plan on staying with Valor... but I wasn't planning on doing the veteran mode. (I'm like 1/2 way through 50, so we'll see.)
I love this clan, I get excited when I log in and people are on. I've been on many clans in many different games, and this one gives me the least heartache, lol. Sometimes my fiancé is sitting on the other side of the room and he hears our crazy conversations and he laughs along with us. We're that cool. ;)
No. We are referring to the kids who were teamkilling and playing XBOX Live at the same time while being on PSN. You are cool my friend :-).
Guys.... i have some really messed up news. Today, i logged on and found that I am a level 1 SVER. I have no idea how this happened or when this happened. I can only guess that my daughter some how got hold of my controller and she did it by just pressing random buttons.
Needless to say i won't beable to play with you guys now and that pisses me off. I am loyal to this clan, but i have to go through this veteran thing again to get back to you guys.
What i will do is create the DYE clan on the SVER side to represent. If any of you decide to switch factions, please join up with me cause i miss you all already.
BAH THIS SUCKS
When I first got the game, my fiance messed around with it and found that you can have only 1 character slot. You can, technically, delete the level 1 SVER character and roll a brand new Valor character. Yes, you'll have to level from 1, but at least we can help you -- technically, you'll be leveling from level 1 by yourself on the SVER side anyway.

That is a good point... do you know if i would keep all my stats then as well? Cause i kinda like that... and my leadership points.

That is correct Matrix. You delete your character, you delete your stats. Played with a guy who did that and wasn't happy about it. Said he veteraned into Raven, hated it, and instead of sticking it out to 60, he right away deleted his character to change pmc's and all his stats were gone, including his gold veteran badge. He was pretty frustrated. Sucks to be him.
Yep. I would have veteraned back into my original PMC, but hey it's cool. If you delete it now you will lose everything.
Yeah, i didn't even think about deleting my character because i sorta figured it would lose all my stats and what not. Oh well, man i miss you guys.
Seriously, SVER sucks! There is no teamwork or communication. I have played for maybe 10 hours on SVER and i haven't used my headset once because there is no need to. Not because we always win, but because when people do talk, it is just BS. Nobody points out where you have to go, a change of strategy or anything.
I am a sniper over here though... need to get 1000 kills with it then i can move to something decent and a hell of a lot more fun. I haven't gotten a game over 600 xp since moving over to SVER.
Also, for all that map design and stuff... I think valor is a lot better. Maybe because i know that map a lot better, but SVER's maps actually suck in comparison. At least in my opinion. Although attacking Raven's base in Domination i think is damn near impossible, but so freaking cool. Never did that when I was in Valor.
Miss you guys so much... wish you all would jump over here with me so we could have some good times that I miss now so much.
Anyways, keep me up to date and I am trying to get back over to you guys as quick as possible.

But on the topic of vetting, I would also take a vote when everybody gets to that point. I would hate having to leave everybody here, because it really hasn't been a very long time. Everybody here is awesome, and I appreciate being treated as an individual (as I believe I'm the youngest here).

And BTW, I'm surprised S.V.E.R is so lame -- I figured they would be amazing at communicating considering they win so many matches. No offense, but their Sabotage map has a lot of imbalances.

That sucks. Yeah we all miss you, and can't wait for you to get back. I think we all have grown acustumed to Valor and an attachment to the PMC. Bust your ass over there, so we can play with you again.
@ Heavenly Yes you can, and continue to stay in the same PMC every time. I played with a guy last night that has vetted 3 times.
@ Leachy Yeah so far everyone is saying they want to stay in Valor. We won't jump over unless it is a unanimous decision by everyone(not including myself), which I am sure at some point down the road if we get tired of this PMC everyone will prolly come to that agreement. We have all forged great team work and more importantly friendships in this clan. All of you guys and girls are amazing.
