Bones to Pick
Just a few bones to pick with MAG that I need to get off my chest. Here is a thread solely for players with issues about MAG that don't go their way sometimes or just seem to irritate them. Feel free to join in on my rantings so that maybe somebody will read our measly meulings and throw us a bone or two in one of their patches.
1. Why is it that when you get shot down on a staircase, you automatically bleed out? No chance for res, just go to spawn. I can see falling off of something but can't they give a guy (or girl) a chance to be res'd.? Maybe it's their way of keeping the stairways clear of obstructions like PEOPLE LAYING THERE DYING!
2. This is for all you LMG people out there. Here goes. In the middle of a firefight when you run out of bullets and start to reload. DARN! OK run for cover and reload! CAN'T RUN WHILE RELOADING! DARN!! By the time you figure it's better to swap weapons you're already on the ground with holes in you wiggling around like a dog that got hit by a truck. OK. Someone finally gets to you and res's you. OMG! STILL RELOADING! Before you can spit, you get shot down again! When the coast is clear, you get res'd and you get up. Well this time no reload. You run to find the action without looking to see how many rounds are in your gun. You easily find action in the form of enemies shooting at you. You press the R1 to shoot and OMG! you start to reload again! Unless you swap weapons quickly, your reload process will start all over again. Shoulda woulda coulda I guess, but it's just another rant.
3. Your playing Acqisition. You fight tooth and nail to get to the triple A. You make a quick sweep of the surrounding area and when the coast is clear, you start to arm it hoping noone comes along and stabs you in the back four your troubles. After about 4 seconds or so, you finally arm it. You get shot down defending your bomb and a guy just walks up to the charge, touches it and presto.. it's disarmed! No 4 sec. delay, just quick and neat. All your work down the drain. I know I'm not hallucinating but shouldn't they get a 4 sec. delay like me? By the way, it happens on bunkers and other things too.
4. Players who can only res you to 50 hp should only get 5 pt.s for it. Just sayin.
Just a couple of issues with the game that I found. I'm sure there's more . Feel free to post your own complaints/issues/rants/bitchings/whines.

OMG I AGREE! Whenever I get resed to 50hp, I get so aggrivated. Usually, before you re-enter the fray, you have to waste your time healing yourself, where you could be fighting or RESSING other people (to 100hp, preferably.) Although at the end of the match you do get more "HP healed" XP than you do for healing the 50hp per res, but there is no incentive for them to spend the extra points for the improved res because they're getting the same 10XP as everyone else. THIS PISSED ME OFF SO MUCH!
I can understand if you don't have points for it or something (I ran around with 50hp res until I had enough skill points) but still... it's so figgin' annoying!
All of you made good points. 50% res should only be 5 points, and 100% should be 10 to give players incentive to get the full res. Other than that all the points KG put out there I myself have run into to and sometimes in the same game with him.
This one I've heard about but not experienced till last night. Copper Hills/ Charlie Squad/ Bravo Spawn. A whole squad of SVER players was inside the spawn tent shooting us down as we appear! I was so pissed and they knew it! After exchanging profanities with them, we all spawned in at A. Needless to say, that battle didn't go so good. Aftr the match one of them who noticed how pissed i was and all the names I called them, messaged me good game! After replying to that one in my own way, I got to that map again, and with the help of a few of my boys, I found out how they did it. I'm not going to say how they did it because theres probably a few of SVER players reading this and chuckling, but I was able to reproduce their cheat and hope that Zipper fixes this soon. Anyone who has experienced this know's how mad I was. Congrats gentleman, your mothers raised you to be cheaters. Thats all I have to say about that.

Also, people on the official forums are suggesting you write down player names and try to take high quality digital photos with a digital camera to send as well.
Unfortunately, there are all kinds of spawn camping exploits on the MAG forums that people write about, even the 1 I just wrote about here. Some yayhoo even posted a vid on how they do it on the SVER sabo on SVER spawn house VALOR players getting in. Now, it's happening more frequently. As of late, DunhamSmash has added this issue, which all factions are having, to his Inventory of known issues post at the top of the Issues and exploit page. It's an issue they are well aware of and working on.

Agreed on all of those. And just fishing here, but does anybody else have to press the shoulder buttons a little harder than they have to to get it to function? Such as switching from a primary weapon to some kind of medical kit. I find myself pressing R1 constantly, until I realize that I have to be slow and deliberate. So I bury the button into the controller for the rest of eternity, and YAY I GET HEALTH! Not sure if this happens for anyone else, but if it is, then something has to be done about the sensitivity.
