I got the medkit but i dont know how to revive someone in mag. Or know how to tell if they're still bleeding out?

Doesn't work

You need the resuscitation kit. All the medical kit does is allow you to heal other teammates as well as yourself. It's 2 skill points, and when you revive them, they only have half of their full health. To res them completely, you need the improved resuscitation, which is 5 skill points.

Hey man, i actually had that same problem when i was playing the Demo. Sadly, MAG doesn't really have a great tutorial system. Good news, this is a more common problem then what you might think. Leachyboy77 is spot on with this answer though, it is a two skill system that you pretty much have to have. Although, i have seen people walking around just healing people, which does give a great deal of experience as well.

Both Matrix and Leachy are correct. You will need the Med Kit, plus Full Reces.

Once I initially commented I clicked the -Notify me when new feedback are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any way you'll be able to remove me from that service? Thanks!
