With already tense situations between Jason West / Vince Zampella(Senior Members for Infinity Ward) and Activision occuring, things hit a boiling point today. According to Kotaku Activision filed an SEC filing against Infinity Ward for iffy conduct and insubordination and breaches of contractual obligations by two senior employees. Today it was confirmed that both West and Zampella have left IW. Bouncer-Type individuals showed up at Infinity Ward yesterday to apparently escort individuals out. Whether West or Zampella were involved in uncharachteristic actions, or if this is yet another "punk" move as some call it by Activision to control a product, has yet to be determined. Many say that Activision trys to be more involved in the game process of what they want in the game than should be by a producer instead of allowing IW to develop the franchise they have built up to this point and that these actions have led to the tense IW relations as of late. None the less this story continues to get juicier. With West and Zampella gone this could spell out some serious implications for IW as both members were founders of IW. We will see how bad this will hurt the current Call Of Duty Franchise and see who is the culprit......Activision....or......Infinity Ward?

Below is the Article to this developing story:

I find this really bizarre. I

I find this really bizarre. I wonder what those two guys did. They must have really pissed off Activision. Why would they fire the two architects of one of the most successful games of all time?
